Ever since I was a kid I have been drawn to real estate. After working in finance at a large tech company after graduating Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, I decided to take the jump into real estate while I had the chance. 3 months after joining eXp Realty, COVID hit and everything froze. My brother and I started a business, Braunecker Property Group, focused on flipping houses at the same time. We quickly wondered if we'd made a big mistake. As we all know, the market picked up in a big way shortly after June 2020 and I've never looked back. Since then, I’ve sold millions of dollars of real estate for my clients, and flipped over 7 houses.
I love everything about what I do - helping others find their dream homes and sell their current homes, while navigating the complex and ever-changing buying and selling process brings me an immense amount of joy. Being an agent has allowed me to find a way to merge my passion for helping others with my passion for real estate.
